FAQ'S for Especially For You

Our GOAL Is To Make Your Shopping Experience As Simple As Possible.
Listed below are our policies and procedures.


Payment Policy: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover direct to Especially For You via our Secure Shopping Cart by Ultracart and Autorizenet credit card payment gateway.

Note: ONLY - Nevada residents are required to pay 7% Nevada State Sales Tax. 

Shipping Policy: We ONLY ship via USPS Priority Mail (Must Use for PO boxes) and  UPS Ground Service or UPS 3-Day Select to the USA 50 States ONLY. (We do not ship internationally at this time.)

Order-To-Ship: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packing time for all in stock items. You will receive an email from us, when your package ships.

Returns
Help! My order is damaged!:

We carefully inspect each and every item before it leaves our warehouse and fewer than 1% of our shipments arrive with damage problems. However, if you are one of the unfortunate 1%, here is some important information for you:

  • 1. Don't throw away anything. Keep all original packing materials. 

  • 2. Contact us immediately, either by phone at (775) 782-1966 or by eMail at: sales@efy-online.com

  • 3. Explain the problem. Tell us exactly what was damaged. Indicate whether you want an exchange or a refund. 

  • 4. A return authorization number (RA) will be given to you. 

  • 5. Follow the instructions given to you for the return. 

There is NO Damage but I Would Like to Return an Item:
If you would like to return an item for a reason other than shipping damage, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt. You may email us at sales@efy-online.com or call us at (775) 782-1966. (Note -
Please have / include your order number before contacting us.)

There are no returns on worn or washed clothing, sale merchandise and all jewelry items.

If the item qualifies, a return authorization number will be issued. The number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, preferably on the shipping label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping will be at your expense. When we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund for the cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee.

We will not accept returned items that do not include a return authorization number.
